As the UX Manager, I led a talented design team that collaborated directly with clients to craft over 60 custom-branded mortgage websites per month, guiding each project from initial concepts to final client approval before handing off to the development group. Changing Platforms

Recognizing the need for greater content agility and internal efficiency, we transitioned our mortgage website platform to a DNN framework, similar to WordPress. This shift empowered our clients with direct access to make content updates on their own, freeing up valuable time for the technical support team and designers. To facilitate this large-scale migration, we methodically moved hundreds of existing websites over to the new DNN-based platform, establishing a flexible, self-service content management system that better served both our clients and internal stakeholders. The transition proved instrumental in streamlining operations while elevating the overall mortgage website experience.
