As the UX lead on this project, I designed a cohesive candidate management experience, starting with this consolidated view of the candidate list. To streamline the registration process, I then crafted an intuitive workflow that walks users through setting up candidates for the assessment. These complementary screens form a seamless end-to-end solution for our client's talent evaluation needs.

Scoring Comparison View

Moving to the scoring and comparison view, I took a more visual and playful approach, using fun icons and graphics to make it easy for users to quickly digest each candidate's performance relative to the pool. This dynamic scoring display replaced the previously dense paragraphs of numeric data, resulting in a more engaging and insightful user experience for our clients.

Eye-Catching Charts

Finally, I designed a comprehensive data visualization suite, providing managers with at-a-glance insights into the overall candidate pool. Eye-catching charts and graphs give users a clear understanding of trends, outliers, and areas that may need further analysis or adjustment as they make their hiring decisions.

As the UX Manager, I led a cross-functional team of designers in the US and Mexico to define the overarching UX strategy and design principles for the new hiring platform. My expertise in optimizing the user experience, coordinating the design process, and ensuring design consistency were critical in delivering a streamlined, data-driven, and engaging hiring solution for the client.

User Research

I invited the client's recruiters and HR team to our office for collaborative workshops, where we reviewed the platform designs and brainstormed about other challenges their team was facing. These hands-on sessions allowed us to gather valuable user feedback to refine the platform's features and uncover additional pain points we could address through the new hiring solution.
